from this website, your contract for the transportation service is between you and the transportation provider offered on our website. You agree to be legally bound by and act in accordance with these Terms of Use and by all other applicable provisions. If you disagree with these Terms of Use and/or with any other of the applicable provisions, you are not permitted to, and agree not to, use this website.
In parties of two or more people included on the same booking, the person who makes the booking accepts the responsibility for making all
payments to us for all members of the party. We will send all vouchers and other information to that person who will in turn be responsible for
ensuring that the other members of the party are kept fully informed. If you are aged under 18 on the date of departure and your parents or guardians are not travelling with you, they must write to us with their written consent.
Your Booking voucher sent by us is your ticket. This must be presented to the driver for both inbound and outbound trip.
Booking requests are not consided as a valid booking confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the date of travel by email or fax to us. By respecting the period of 48 hours we will refund
your purchase in total.
Cancellations made after the 48 hours from the date of travel no refund will be made.
Choicetransfers maintains the right to cancel bookings at any time if it feels we are unable to supply the service requested in a correct way.
Complaints
Any complaint or refund request must be made by email or fax to us within one month of the return date of travel. If we are unable to get to a consent from the transportation provider and the passenger(s) wish to pursue matters further they must do this directly with the transportation provider concerned.
BEHAVIOUR
Transportation service providers and / or their drivers reserve the right to refuse to carry any person(s) thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and who could be considered a threat to other occupants of the vehicle or third parties.
INSURANCE AND PROPERTY
Our transportation providers and their vehicles are fully insured for public liability and passenger / third party claims in accordance with their local and national laws and regulations.
Luggage
Passengers are limited to one item of luggage, such as a suitcase or similar item, per person. Any excess baggage must be declared to us.
Choicetransfers reserves the right to charge a supplement for excess baggage, or to refuse to transport excess items. Large items not declared will be refused. All luggage must be clearly labelled with the owner's name and destination address.
Responsabilities
It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide accurate information during the booking proccess. If the address provided or other details are incomplete or does not correspond with the selected transfer route, Passengers will be dropped off or collected at the central Tourist Office of the selected destination/ departure location.
It is the responsability of the client to provide a full valid mobile phone number including international dialing code.
As may occur plan changes we may try to sms or contact the passenger(s) , it is the responsability of the passenger(s) to be reachable by any sort of communication notified to us.
Any other information such as flight delays or other type of information that may affect the booking details must be notified to us in order that we can assist.
Shared services such as shared transfer, shared shuttle, shared mini bus or other services with "shared" mentioned and the passenger is subject to a delay the driver will wait up to 90 minutes from your pickup time, after that the Passenger will be deemed to have missed their transfer.
In this circumstance no refund is available alltough it is necessary that you report this to us or schedule with the driver for a next available transport.
Private services such as private transfer, private taxi, private mini bus or other services with "private" mentioned and the passenger is subject
to a delay the driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your pickup time, after that the Passenger will be deemed to have missed their transfer.
In this
circumstance no refund is available alltough it is necessary that you report this to us or schedule with the driver for a next available transport.
LIABILITY
The service providers aim to provide a courteous, comfortable and efficient service between airport / accommodation and return in accordance with the confirmation document. They cannot however accept any liability for consequential loss resulting from unforeseeable problems and / or matters beyond their control.
Choicetransfers.com acts only as a booking agent on behalf of the transportation service providers and, as such can only accept any liablillity for the
quality and performance of the administration and clerical service we provide.
